Humvee Diorama

Here we have my first diorama, for this i used bronco models m1114 Humvee, live resin figure, blackdog figure, legend productions figure,various stowage accessories and various diorama accessories.   

The idea was to base it on a recon mission in a foreign jungle.

The stowage is from various sets which i have brout. 

The left soldier is from live resin and is a fantastic piece which can also have various accessories attached to it as well. 

The various weathering parts on the humvee are from mig productions.

The various products on this diorama are from treemendus and woodland scenics, the puddle is made from woodland scenics waterfall kit witch i first painted a mud color then i poured the scenic water over the desired area and let set to a transparent color.

WIP: Sherman Part 2

Here is my Sherman witch i sprayed with my m16 mgmc.

this was sprayed using tamiya olive drab.

Here it is with the lightened coat of olive drab witch i sprayed on the turret to lighten it. (tamiya olive drab+flat white)

This will be completed after i finish my current diorama.

Here is part 2 of my model the painting and weathering stage

Here is the model after i sprayed the main paint coat with tamiya olive drab.

My model after i sprayed a lightened coat of olive drab. (tamiya olive drab+flat white)

Here i painted the tools, the radio and the spare barrels in the bed, you can also see the lightened panels as well. 

Here is my stencils masked up over mig productions absolute chipping fluid ready for paint.

This is after i removed the stencils, i am pleased how they turned out being my first time using them.

This is the effect of the chipping after my first attempt at using it.

Here is a picture of the semi finished guns, as you can see i still have to give the ammo cans another coat of paint.

Over the next couple of weeks i will be making the small details and painting them, i will also be weathering the model, and making the base for the diorama.

WIP: M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage Part 1

 Here is my current project which is going to be a diorama.

This is the chassis minus the wheels which i will add after the model has been painted and weathered.

The top two images are of the cabin, the windscreen is masked up with tamiya tape.

This is the main gun ready for paint minus the 50.cal guns which will be painted and added at the end.

Here is my model before i start painting

 The next stage is painting and weathering.

WIP: M4 Sherman Part 1

 This is a work in progress between my next model witch is going to be a diprama, i decided to make it with out the side skirts.

I had to fill the sides with a sheet of evergreen card to hide the inside.

Here is the result of my effort with the evergreen card.

 This model is now ready for painting and weathering, i am going to paint this one with my diorama project which i am in the process of making now.

Tiger 1 Mid Production

 Her is my Tiger 1 Mid Production in the African camo scheme, this was my first armour model which had very little weathering unlike my recent models in the past few months.
